Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship Your Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
